ABOUT

AllPaths Wellness began from a simple realization. The tools for a balanced life are often taught as abstractions rather than skills. Having practiced Tai Chi since age 11, I have spent over two decades refining these disciplines into a clear method for navigating a high stimulus world.

We do not just teach forms and asana. We build the internal architecture for focus and resilience. Whether you are looking to refine your movement or simply find a moment of clarity in a loud environment, AllPaths provides a space for that development.

We focus on intentional movement. These are practices that develop self awareness and presence. These are practical human skills that benefit everyone. They allow you to process your environment more effectively and respond to the world with grace rather than overwhelm.

We are committed to providing a holistic approach to well-being, incorporating physical postures, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. Our classes are designed to cater to all levels of experience, promoting physical strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional stability.
